We have gathered answers to the most common questions from our guests. If you cannot find what you are looking for, get in touch.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. We offer express check-in/check-out and, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in our baggage room or lockers while your room is being prepared.
Check-out is until 12:00 PM. If you need a late check-out, talk to us at reception and we will do our best.
Yes, we serve a daily buffet and continental breakfast, already included in your stay.
Cleaning and tidying of rooms is done daily. We also offer laundry and ironing services at an additional cost.
Yes, we have free high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas of the property.
Yes, we offer transfer service to Madeira International Airport (about 17–18 km, ~20 min) at an additional cost and upon booking. Get in touch so we can arrange it.
We attend in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Pets are allowed upon request in advance; additional costs may apply.
Yes, we offer laundry and ironing services at an additional cost.
All children are welcome. We provide a cot for children aged 0–3, upon request (€10/night). Children aged 7 and over pay the adult rate.
We are located at Rua Bela São Tiago 67, in the historic Santa Maria area, in the heart of Funchal. We are a few steps from the centre, the marina, the cable car and the bus stops.
There is public parking nearby, within a short walking distance, and we offer a garage upon booking (€9/day).
Madeira International Airport (Cristiano Ronaldo) is about 17–18 km away, approximately 20 minutes by car. Urban and regional bus stops are just a few steps from the property.
Smoking indoors is not allowed (there is a designated outdoor smoking area) and parties/events are not permitted. Rooms are non-smoking.
Funchal is easy to explore on foot, but to discover the whole island (Cabo Girão, Pico do Arieiro, levadas...) we recommend renting a car. Through our partner Madeira Hot Wheels you get full insurance, no excess, no deposit and free cancellation — just visit our Car Rental page.
